وكالة الناس – في إطار التزامها المؤسسي بتطبيق أعلى معايير الصحة والسلامة والبيئة، وحرصها على حماية الأرواح والممتلكات، نظّمت شركة واحة أيلة للتطوير جلسة توعوية متخصصة حول القيادة الآمنة وتجنب الحوادث المرورية، وذلك بالتعاون مع مديرية الأمن العام، والشرطة المجتمعية، وإدارة السير في العقبة، تزامناً مع يوم المرور العالمي وأسبوع المرور العربي.
وتأتي هذه المبادرة ضمن نهج أيلة القائم على تعزيز الشراكات المؤسسية وتوحيد الجهود مع الجهات ذات العلاقة لنشر ثقافة السلامة المرورية على نطاق أوسع، حيث شهدت الجلسة حضوراً لافتاً من الإدارة العليا إلى جانب موظفي الشركة، في تأكيد واضح على التزام أيلة بترسيخ ثقافة السلامة كممارسة يومية داخل بيئة العمل وخارجها.
وتندرج هذه الجلسة ضمن جهود الشركة المستمرة في تعزيز الوعي الوقائي والسلوكيات المرورية المسؤولة، حيث قدّم فريق قسم السلامة والصحة والبيئة عرضاً توعوياً شاملاً استعرض أبرز ممارسات القيادة الآمنة، إلى جانب تسليط الضوء على أهم مسببات الحوادث وسبل الحد منها، بما يسهم في رفع مستوى الوعي لدى مختلف فئات المجتمع.
كما تضمنت الجلسة مجموعة من الأنشطة التفاعلية، شملت استعراض القوانين والتعليمات المرورية المستحدثة، والتأكيد على أهمية الالتزام بها، إلى جانب طرح أمثلة واقعية وحالات ميدانية تعزز الفهم العملي للسلوكيات المرورية الآمنة.
وفي هذا السياق، قال العقيد عاهد الصرايرة، رئيس قسم السير في العقبة: “تأتي هذه الجهود في إطار تعزيز الشراكة بين مختلف الجهات لنشر الثقافة المرورية والحد من الحوادث عبر رفع مستوى الوعي المجتمعي. ونؤكد على أهمية الالتزام بالقوانين والتعليمات المرورية، لا سيما المستحدثة منها، لما لها من دور أساسي في حماية الأرواح والممتلكات وتعزيز سلامة مستخدمي الطريق.”
من جهته قال منصور الكباريتي، مدير العلاقات العامة في أيلة: “تُشكّل السلامة ركيزة أساسية في منظومة عمل أيلة، ونحرص على ترسيخها كثقافة مؤسسية وسلوك يومي يمتد أثره إلى المجتمع. ومن خلال هذه المبادرات، نواصل دعم الجهود الوطنية في نشر الوعي المروري والإسهام في الحد من الحوادث، بما يعزز سلامة المجتمع بشكل مستدام.”

  Ayla Strengthens Road Safety Culture in Line with Global Traffic Day and Arab Traffic Week

As part of its institutional commitment to implementing the highest standards of health, safety, and environment, and its continued dedication to protecting lives and property, Ayla Oasis Development Company organized a specialized awareness session on safe driving and accident prevention. The session was held in collaboration with the Public Security Directorate, the Community Police, and the Aqaba Traffic Department, in conjunction with World Traffic Day and Arab Traffic Week.
This initiative reflects Ayla’s approach to strengthening institutional partnerships and unifying efforts with relevant entities to promote road safety awareness on a wider scale. The session witnessed notable attendance from senior management alongside company employees, underscoring Ayla’s commitment to embedding safety as a daily practice both within the workplace and beyond.
The session forms part of the company’s ongoing efforts to promote preventive awareness and responsible road behavior. The Health, Safety, and Environment team delivered a comprehensive presentation highlighting best practices for safe driving, while also addressing key causes of accidents and ways to mitigate them, contributing to raising awareness across different segments of society.
The session also included a range of interactive activities, such as reviewing updated traffic laws and regulations, emphasizing the importance of compliance, and presenting real-life examples and case studies to enhance practical understanding of safe driving behaviors.
In this context, Colonel Ahed Al-Sarayreh, Head of the Traffic Department in Aqaba, stated: “These efforts come as part of strengthening collaboration among various entities to promote traffic awareness and reduce accidents by raising community awareness. We emphasize the importance of adhering to traffic laws and regulations, particularly newly introduced ones, given their essential role in protecting lives and property and enhancing the safety of road users.”
For his part, Mansour Al-Kabariti, Public Relations Director at Ayla, said: “Safety is a fundamental pillar of Ayla’s operations, and we are committed to embedding it as an institutional culture and daily practice that extends its impact to the wider community.
