منصة زين تنظّم النسخة المحلية من مسابقة وكالة الفضاء الأمريكية (ناسا) وتكرّم الفرق الفائزة

وكالة الناس – نظّمت منصّة زين للإبداع (ZINC) النسخة المحليّة الخامسة من مسابقة NASA Space Apps Challenge – Amman- أكبر هاكاثون عالمي سنوي تنظّمه وكالة الفضاء الأمريكية (NASA)- ، ضمن رعايتها كشريك استراتيجي للمسابقة، حيث شارك فيها 249 شاباً وشابة من المبدعين والمطورين وطلاب الجامعات من محافظات عمّان وإربد والعقبة.

وأُقيمت فعاليات المسابقة في “The ARC” بمجمّع الملك الحسين للأعمال، حيث جمعت نخبة من الشباب الموهوبين في مجالات التكنولوجيا والبرمجة والإبداع لتطوير حلول مبتكرة باستخدام بيانات NASA  المفتوحة، حول مواضيع متعددة شملت تغيّر المناخ، والذكاء الاصطناعي، والاستدامة، واستكشاف الفضاء، كما تضمّنت المسابقة ورش عمل وجلسات توجيهية وعروضاً تقديمية ساهمت في إثراء تجربة المشاركين وتعزيز مهاراتهم التقنية والإبداعية.

وقدّمت منصّة زين للإبداع (ZINC) جوائز نقدية للفرق الفائزة، حيث كانت قد قدّمت للفريق الحائز على المركز الأول جائزة نقدية قيمتها 500 دينار، وقدّمت للفريق الحائز على المركز الثاني جائزة نقدية قيمتها 300 دينار، فيما قدّمت للفريق الفائز بالمركز الثالث جائزة نقدية بلغت 200 دينار، حيث ستمثّل الفرق الفائزة الأردن في المرحلة العالمية من المسابقة، للتنافس مع فرق من مختلف دول العالم لتقديم حلول تكنولوجية مبتكرة.

وحرصت المنصّة على رعاية هذه الفعالية انطلاقاً من دورها المحوري في دعم الابتكار وتمكين الشباب الأردني في مختلف محافظات المملكة، من خلال توفير بيئة محفّزة للإبداع والتعلّم التفاعلي، وتشجيعهم على توظيف التكنولوجيا لإيجاد حلول تسهم في خدمة المجتمع وتحقيق التنمية المستدامة، فيما تحرص المنصة على عقد شراكات فاعلة مع أبرز الجهات المحلية والإقليمية والعالمية لدعم وتمكين الشباب الأردني وتعزيز مكانة المملكة في مجالات الإبداع والابتكار وريادة الأعمال والتكنولوجيا.

Zain Innovation Campus (ZINC) organizes the Local Edition of NASA’s Space Apps Challenge and Honors Winning Teams

 : Zain Innovation Campus (ZINC) organized the fifth local edition of NASA Space Apps Challenge – Amman as the strategic partner, where this challenge is considered the world’s largest annual hackathon organized by the National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA). The event brought together 249 talented young men and women from Amman, Irbid, and Aqaba governorates, including developers, innovators, and university students.

Held at The ARC in King Hussein Business Park, the competition gathered a distinguished group of creative youth in technology, programming, and innovation to develop groundbreaking solutions using NASA’s open data. Participants addressed a variety of themes, including climate change, artificial intelligence (AI), sustainability, and space exploration, and took part in workshops, mentorship sessions, and presentations that enhanced their technical expertise and creative problem-solving skills.

ZINC organized the competition across multiple governorates and awarded cash prizes to the winning teams, presenting JOD 500 for first place, JOD 300 for second place, and JOD 200 for third place. The winning teams will represent Jordan in the global phase of the competition, where they will compete with participants from around the world to develop innovative technological solutions.

Through this initiative, ZINC reaffirms its commitment to nurturing innovation and empowering Jordanian youth across the Kingdom by providing a dynamic environment that encourages creativity, collaboration, and the use of technology to serve communities and advance sustainable development. ZINC continues to establish strategic partnerships with leading local, regional, and international organizations to strengthen Jordan’s position as a regional hub for innovation, entrepreneurship, and technology.
