  Ayla and Arab Technical Group Sign Agreement to Supply and Operate Smart Air Conditioning Systems .. Photos and video

 

Ayla Oasis Development Company has signed an agreement with Arab Technical Group (ATG) to supply, install, and operate advanced smart air conditioning systems for the Island 3 buildings in Phase 2 of the Ayla project.
The agreement was signed by Sahl Dudin, Managing Director of Ayla Oasis Development Company, and Emile Ghoury, CEO of Arab Technical Group, in the presence of senior executives from both companies.
This agreement marks a continuation of the long-standing partnership between Ayla and ATG. Under its terms, ATG will deliver a full suite of services, from supply to operation, using cutting-edge advanced and smart Japanese Daikin air conditioning systems across Island 3, covering a total area of 12,082 square meters.
The partnership aims to enhance the quality of tourism services in Island 3 and respond to the growing demand for premium tourism, leisure, and hospitality offerings at Ayla. The collaboration with ATG, recognized for its commitment to high-efficiency, environmentally sustainable HVAC solutions, reflects Ayla’s dedication to smart, innovative infrastructure that aligns with its environmental standards.
During the signing, Dudin expressed his satisfaction with the ongoing partnership, stating, “Our continued collaboration with ATG reflects a shared commitment to adopting modern, smart, and sustainable technologies. These systems support Ayla’s mission to offer an exceptional tourism experience built on innovation and environmental responsibility.”
He added, “We trust ATG’s expertise and their world-class, sustainable solutions. Their contribution will enhance visitor comfort, reduce our carbon footprint, and further strengthen Ayla’s global reputation as a leading sustainable destination offering residential, tourism, commercial, and entertainment experiences within a vibrant, master-planned community.”
Ghouri also expressed pride in the continued collaboration, saying, “We are honored by the trust Ayla places in us. This partnership reflects our shared values and long-standing commitment to delivering cutting-edge solutions that support Ayla’s vision for sustainable urban and tourism development.”
He continued, “With over 35 years of experience and a highly qualified team, ATG delivers comprehensive HVAC solutions backed by globally renowned brands. We’re excited to bring our best-in-class systems to the Island 3 project.”
ATG has previously served as the primary HVAC supplier for several key Ayla projects, including the first phases of the Island Apartment and Golf Apartment developments.
The Island 3 project is part of Ayla’s broader master development plan, which focuses on building a world-class, sustainable destination that highlights environmental and economic strengths—contributing to Jordan’s long-term economic growth strategy.
