أيلة تُصدر تقرير الاستدامة لعام 2024 بعنوان “نُحافظ على الحياة تحت الماء، ونُثري الحياة فوقها – مياه زرقاء، ورؤية خضراء”
وكالة الناس -أعلنت شركة واحة أيلة للتطوير عن إصدار تقرير الاستدامة لعام 2024 تحت العنوان المُلهم “نُحافظ على الحياة تحت الماء، ونُثري الحياة فوقها – مياه زرقاء، ورؤية خضراء”، الذي يجسّد رؤيتها في تحقيق التوازن بين حماية البيئة البحرية وتعزيز جودة الحياة فوق سطحها، تأكيدًا لالتزامها العميق بالمسؤولية البيئية والاجتماعية والاقتصادية.
ويأتي هذا التقرير ليُسلّط الضوء على إنجازات أيلة وجهودها المتواصلة في دمج مفاهيم الاستدامة ضمن مختلف جوانب عملياتها، لتصبح نموذجًا متكاملًا في التنمية المسؤولة التي تحاكي البيئة الطبيعية وتحتفي بها.
وفي تعليقه على إصدار التقرير، قال المهندس سهل دودين، الرئيس التنفيذي لشركة واحة أيلة للتطوير: “يحمل تقرير هذا العام عنوانًا يلخص جوهر رسالتنا: نُحافظ على الحياة تحت الماء، ونُثري الحياة فوقها – مياه زرقاء، ورؤية خضراء. هذا العنوان يعكس إيمان أيلة العميق بأن التنمية لا تكتمل إلا عندما تسير البيئة والإنسان جنبًا إلى جنب. في أيلة، نعتبر الاستدامة أسلوب حياة يوجّه قراراتنا ويقود استثماراتنا نحو مستقبل أكثر توازنًا وازدهاراً”.
ويستعرض تقرير الاستدامة لعام 2024 أبرز إنجازات أيلة في محاور البيئة والطاقة والمياه والنفايات والتنوع الحيوي. فقد تمكنت الشركة من خفض استهلاك الطاقة بنسبة 8% وزيادة الاعتماد على مصادر الطاقة المتجددة بنسبة 12%، إلى جانب تقليل استهلاك المياه بنسبة 25% من خلال تطبيق أنظمة ري ذكية وإعادة استخدام المياه المعالجة في المساحات الخضراء والمرافق العامة. كما نجحت أيلة في زراعة أكثر من 1,850 قطعة مرجانية ضمن مشاريع حماية التنوع البحري في خليج العقبة، وطبّقت نظامًا متطورًا لإدارة النفايات أسفر عن تحقيق نسبة تدوير بلغت 3.3% في عامه الأول.
أما تصميم التقرير لهذا العام، فقد جاء مستوحى من الحياة البحرية في خليج العقبة، مستخدمًا تدرجات الأزرق والأخضر والمرجاني لتجسيد الانسجام بين الإنسان والطبيعة، حيث تعكس الألوان والرسومات المائية روح العنوان “مياه زرقاء، ورؤية خضراء” وتُبرز هوية أيلة البيئية المتميزة.
وأكدت أيلة أن تقرير الاستدامة لعام 2024 يمثل خطوة جديدة في مسيرتها نحو تحقيق الحياد الكربوني وتعزيز كفاءة استخدام الموارد الطبيعية، بما يتماشى مع رؤية الأردن 2033 وأهداف التنمية المستدامة العالمية، مواصلةً التزامها بأن تكون العقبة نموذجًا حيًا للمدن التي تجمع بين الابتكار، والجمال الطبيعي، والاستدامة المسؤولة.
Ayla Publishes Its 2024 Sustainability Report Titled

Ayla Oasis Development Company announced the publication of its 2024 Sustainability Report under the inspiring title “Preserving Life Below Water, Enriching Life Above It – Blue Waters, Green Vision,” which reflects Ayla’s vision of achieving a balanced approach between protecting the marine environment and enhancing quality of life above its surface. The report reaffirms the company’s deep commitment to environmental, social, and economic responsibility.
The report highlights Ayla’s key achievements and ongoing efforts to integrate sustainability principles across all aspects of its operations, positioning the destination as a comprehensive model for responsible development that mirrors, respects, and celebrates the natural environment.

The 2024 Sustainability Report outlines Ayla’s most notable achievements across the areas of environment, energy, water, waste management, and biodiversity. The company succeeded in reducing energy consumption by 8 percent and increasing reliance on renewable energy sources by 12 percent, while also cutting water consumption by 25 percent through the implementation of smart irrigation systems and the reuse of treated water across green spaces and public facilities. In addition, Ayla planted more than 1,850 coral fragments as part of its marine biodiversity protection initiatives in the Gulf of Aqaba and implemented an advanced waste management system that achieved a recycling rate of 3.3 percent in its first year.
The report’s design for this year draws inspiration from the rich marine life of the Gulf of Aqaba, incorporating gradients of blue, green, and coral to reflect the harmony between people and nature. The colors and fluid illustrations embody the spirit of the title “Blue Waters, Green Vision,” while reinforcing Ayla’s distinctive environmental identity.
